I've talked about a couple of these before, but that's because I love them a lot!

Project Gutenberg - Tons of free ebooks that are now in the public domain in the US! Want a copy of Pride and Prejudice? Les Miserables? The Secret Garden? Frankenstein? You can have them all and more!

doctorbeth - A stuffed animal hospital blog where people's beloved old, chewed, or otherwise damaged stuffed animals are lovingly restored. Every time I read a post my heart grows three sizes.

stargateficrec - So much good Stargate fic, nicely categorized for whatever themes, characters, or pairings are to your particular taste. This has been one of the communities that tethered me to fandom a bit because usually I'm a terrible lurker but for this comm I participate in reccing.

The very phrase 'stuffed animal hospital blog' had me tearing up. It always makes me so happy - if teary - that well-loved stuffed friends have places for their restoration.
